At Petzyo, we want you and your pet to love every piece of fashion you purchase from us. If your item isn't the perfect fit or style, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached before securely sealing them in a shipping mailer.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
